1. General
Welcome to SheVibess™. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • We ship via Ground shipping. Transit times vary by location: 5–11 business days within the United States.

  • Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time (estimated: 6–16 business days).

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused/unworn items in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email support@shevibess.com with your order number.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Promotions & Discounts

  • Only one promotion or coupon code may be used per order.

  • Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from delayed shipment, product misuse, or circumstances beyond our control.
