Returns & Exchanges Policy – She Vibess™ By C2P

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance / Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened cosmetics or personal care items

  • Swimwear that has been worn or with the hygiene liner removed

Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Email support@shevibess.com with your order number and write “Exchange” in your request.

  2. If available, we’ll reserve your replacement item.

Return Instructions

  1. Email support@shevibess.com with your order number and the item(s) to return.

  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) with the return address and instructions.

  3. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

  5. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@shevibess.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
